Definition of an IR Media firm according to Wikipedia

We have explained the following since 2007;

(PR) public relations firms and (IR) investor relations firms are essentially the same thing.

The description for GLOBALCROSSROADSCAPITAL.COM at the top of it’s homepage is “FINANCIAL PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) and INVESTOR RELATIONS multi-MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS”.  See company FB social media page at http://www.Facebook.com/Globalcrossroadscapital

Despite IR firms being in the Yellowpages nationwide, many still claim not to know what investor relations means?  Aren’t the 2 words even a bit self-explanatory?  Wikipedia’s description of an IR Media firm is;

“Investor relations (IR) is a strategic management responsibility that “integrates” finance, PR communications, multi-media marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, and other constituencies; which ultimately contributes to a company’s securities achieving fair VALUATION (adopted by the NIRI Board of Directors, 3/03).

The term IR describes the department of a company devoted to handling inquiries from shareholders, as well as other non-securities finance sources AND support services who might be interested in a company’s stock or financial stability/growth.”

VALUATION growth is in fact enhanced by image branding. This succinct description will be added to our 4,000+ finance topic blogfeed at http://SinCityFinancier.wordpress.com now viewed in 159 countries globally.

(Wikipedia makes no mention of being a “birddog” or fetching any money like a broker.  IF all it took to get funded was to “find” it then everyone would already be approved.  Especially with the 1,000’s of funding sources listed on this blogfeed for free)

GLOBALCROSSROADSCAPITAL.COM is a US Vet-owned IR media communications firm listed on http://SAM.gov and catering to diversified IR needs for and between both corporate and government sectors not limited to “attracting” capital markets.
