Doing business without a contract is #1 on List of TOP 10 Mistakes to avoid when starting a business

This also applies when your hiring any company in (any) fiduciary business relationship.  This even applies to auto mechanics which provide the customer with a carbon copy repair invoice (a contract).  In the State of Nevada, auto mechanics can sell your car for non-payment after 30 days.

Details here;

We have been saying the same thing on #1 for years. Why does one have to point out the obvious year after year?

And why do so many prospects continue to PRETEND (daily) they don’t already know a contract is a prerequisite in being a client for IR services or any 3rd party service provider?

Our IR media firm has 2 contract options.  Who, what, when, where, & why details on clients company letterhead with verifiable street address and co-signed by 2 principals OR deferred e-invoice payment  to 1 year via US Bank disclosed as fee option #4 on fee option page of our company website and on LINKEDIN profile for Jeffrey D. Allen.

GLOBALCROSSROADSCAPITAL.COM is a US Vet-owned IR media communications firm and is not a funder, lender, investor, seller, buyer, free advisor, or broker-dealer.  If you know what an IR/PR firm is and require diversified relationship customer support then proceed to the CONTACT page at the top of the blogfeed and flow the instructions.

Also, we have a very simple company policy; NO contract = NO work

  1. Contact me if u provide any instrument without upfront.

    Had you actually read our blogfeed you would have founds dozens of financial instrument issuers, monetizers and PPP term sheets. All can be found in seconds by entering BG’s, POF’s, SBLC’s, etc. in the search bar to right side of blogfeed. Also if you actually read the blogfeed you would have found the words GLOBAL CROSSROADS CAPITAL CONTACT at top. Remember, no proof of funds = no BG’s. And no contract = no work. Doesn’t get much more clear.
