Russian energy firm GazProm (that owns a bank)  paid $3.7M in annual PR fees to US-based PR firm Ketchum in 2013.

One survey respondent replies “Our retainers range from $5,000 – $12,000 monthly, depending on the specific work parameters of an account,”
