The percentage of questions below you answer will equate to the percentage chance of being approved. Approval in 2-4 weeks is entirely contingent upon having all supporting docs at the time of contractual client submission request.

(1) Complete spreadsheet

(2) Appraisals of properties NO more than 90 days

(3) How was valuation determined?

(4) Proof of income streams; if properties are rented, how much do they rent for and are payments on time or delinquent?

(5) In the event that interest rates have changed, what/why/when are terms?

(6) Are these 1st or 2nd mortgages?

(7) Does the purchase amount differ from the original note amount?

(8) Is this a purchase or rehab property?

(9) Are these owner occupied?

(10) What is name/address/phone # of originator?

(11) What is loan balance?

(12) Are these your assets? If no, explain
