Subject: New Washington D.C. area Equity firm

Friends and Colleagues,

I am thrilled to announce that I recently left a local Capital Partner firm to co-found a new Equity Partner firm with a previously Co-Founder and General Partner and a previously Co-Founder and CEO of 2 other Capital firms.

Founded earlier last month, our Washington DC-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market opportunities in: (i) Aerospace, Defense, and Government Contracting, (ii) Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing, and (iii) Software and Technology.

We are targeting new platform companies with $3 – $15 million of EBITDA and are seeking to invest $5 – $50+ million of equity in each platform company.

For more information on us, please visit our website.  The Washington D.C. area Equity team looks forward to connecting live with each of you as we start this new venture. Towards that end, see my updated contact information below.

If your IR firm has any clients that meets our industry and EBITDA focus contact us asap.
