Special Economic Free Trade Zone proposed near Las Vegas already has offer from export J/V investor

GLOBALCROSSROADSCAPITAL.COM is management certified in international trade by the US Dept of Commerce.

There are 4 categories of FREE Zones. These include industrial, free trade zone, export processing and special economic. All 4 categories define the proposed industrial park near Las Vegas including a special economic multi-sectorial development approach consisting of 60% multi-use manufacturing and 40% media production with infrastructure adapted accordingly.

This industrial park is slated to be near proposed cargo airport. Special economic zoning focuses on both domestic and foreign markets. Free Trade Zones offer an array of custom exemptions, administrative simplification, and tax, infrastructure, & financial incentives.

US Export Assistance Centers assist with dealing with the US EXIM Bank in securing working capital guarantees and the US Commercial Service introduces exporters to buyers & distributors.

But the focus of this blogpost is to preview a specific export J/V investor that buys branded consumer staple goods (like soup to clothing) made in the US for export to AFRICA. They state… “we take all market risks. We pay up front for all goods & do not require credit from any manufacturer. J/V minimums from $1M but ideally from $15M to $30M”.

One aforementioned alternative GREEN construction supplies manufacturer would be 1 of 2 ideal firms for this export J/V investor.
