Conservation land easements allow 100% income tax savings for 16 years for ranchers & farmers and to 50% savings for all other donors/investors

A 160-acre industrial park (60% mixed use / 40% multi-media) proposed near Las Vegas may be ideal to apply for a conservation easement for 10% of the land to add as an additional incentive to investors on top of the;

(a) 35% corporate tax exemption and the

(b) 39% investors tax credit pro-rated 7 years and a

(c) FTZ export sales tax exemption.
