States have the power to make or break the multi-trillion Infrastructure slush fund. Plus, 91% will never be spent on actual Infrastructure; just like 91% of the 12/20 “US Covid Relief” was sent overseas for “Foreign Aid” kickbacks for Democrat Congress

Anyone know how many 100’s of millions in “Foreign Aid” has been sent to Ukraine alone? At least $250M. Why?

They’ll have significant discretion over how much of the funding will be spent.
